 Mark and Charlotte
Mark and Charlotte were called by God to lead the church in June 2005. They both have a passion to see people reach their full potential in God and to see a vibrant Spirit filled church. Mark is the pastor of DFC and Charlotte is the director of a Christian charity based in Bournemouth. They have two children, Becky and Josh. They love camping and the outdoors.
 Spencer and Leah
Before becoming a Christian in 1999, Spencer was a heroin addict. Soon after his salvation, he felt God calling him to become a leader in the church. He has a passion to preach the word of God and see people saved and healed. Leah is originally from Australia but moved to the UK when she married Spencer in 2005. Leah also feels a clear calling to church leadership. She oversees our children, youth and women's ministry. They love to travel and visit Australia regularly.
